Food & Philosophy

We strongly believe in supporting local farmers, fishermen and artisan food producers. We responsibly source and handpick all of our ingredients to reflect and inspire our seasonal menus to ensure the finest quality and market fresh produce wherever possible. Our Head Chef, Jamal Warner, and award-winning Group Chef, Simon Christey-French, have created spectacular Mediterranean-inspired menus that compliment the space perfectly.

Last seatings are until 9pm, May through to November and until 10pm, December through to April.

We are unable to guarantee any waterfront table requests. 

Daybeds can be reserved for lunch from 12 noon – 4pm and from 5pm for sunset cocktails. daybeds are free of charge to guests dining with us and are on a first reserved basis, if available.
